Careers at Zupitrix
We seek
dreamers
Your success starts here
Join a product engineering team that ships AI, web, mobile, and cloud platforms for ambitious clients — with open communication, real ownership, and room to grow.
Why work with Zupitrix?
Build products that matter — with people who care how you grow
We promote a culture of impacting users’ lives with our innovations. We’re looking for people who share that vision and want to contribute to it. Expect open communication, togetherness, and equal opportunities to level up — not just company benchmarks, but your own.
Meaningful ownership
You own outcomes end-to-end — architecture decisions, demos, and production quality — not just tickets in a queue.
Learning that compounds
Mentorship, tech talks, and stretch projects across AI, cloud, and product craft so your skills stay current.
Inclusive by default
We promise an environment where you can love challenging work — and being challenged — without politics getting in the way.
Client-facing impact
Work on real roadmaps for startups and enterprises. Your code, design, and ideas reach users quickly.
Sustainable pace
Clear priorities, respectful timelines, and support for wellbeing so high performance doesn’t mean burnout.
Career paths that flex
Grow as an IC specialist or a people leader. We promote based on impact, clarity, and craft — not tenure alone.
How we work
The standards we hire and ship against
Whether you’re designing interfaces, training models, or hardening infrastructure, these habits define life at Zupitrix.
Clarity over noise
We write things down, ask hard questions early, and keep stakeholders aligned with honest status — good or bad.
Craft with urgency
Speed matters, but so does maintainability. We ship increments that teams can extend without rewriting from scratch.
Respect in the room
Feedback is direct and kind. Titles don’t win arguments — evidence and user outcomes do.
Security & ethics baked in
Privacy, accessibility, and responsible AI aren’t afterthoughts. They’re part of how we define “done.”
